الانبعاث الطائفي كإستراتيجية سلطوية : قراءة نظرية في النهايات المفتوحة لتسييس الهوية الطائفية

الملخص
ملخص: إن وجود الطوائف حتمية إنسانية وتنوع بشري لا يخل منه مجتمع. لكن العبث بهذه المكونات عبر تسييس الهويات الطائفية ،يحولها إلى مصدر للصراع والتقسيم الاجتماعي ،عبر استدعاء السرديات التحشيدية ،وبث خطاب الكراهية ضد الآخر. وهو ما ينتج عنه معضلة أمنية تهدد الأمن المجتمعي ،وتنذر تفكك الدولة.يتعمد السياسيون توظيف الهويات الطائفية في الصراع السياسي – داخل أو بين الدول- لكن هذه المخاطرة بالانتماءات يصعب التحكم بمآلاتها ،التي تولد أزمات لا متناهية ليس من اليسير التغلب علي تداعياتها . بناء عليه تسعى هذه الورقة عبر دراسة نظرية وصفية - تحليلية البحث في مكنون الظاهرة الطائفية ،عبر استكناه مفهومها ،ومحاولة فهم آليات عملها ،كما تسلط الضوء على طرائق توظيف الهوية الطائفية في الصراع السياسي ،وما لهذه الإستراتيجية من أخطار. Abstract: The existence of sects is an inevitable human and human diversity. But tampering with these components by politicizing sectarian identities turns them into a source of conflict and social division, and spreading hate speech against the other .Which results in a security dilemma threaten community security, and the disintegration of the state .Politicians deliberately employ sectarian identities in political conflict inside or between countries , But this risk of affiliation is difficult to control her destiny ,Because it creates endless crises, it is not easy to overcome its repercussions .Accordingly, this paper seeks through a descriptive - analytical theory study to examine the essence of sectarian phenomenon , And trying to understand the mechanisms of its work, as it highlights the methods of employing sectarian identity in the political conflict, and the dangers of this strategy.
