وكيل الأوقاف في القانون الجزائري

الملخص
استحدث المشرع الجزائري منصب وكيل الأوقاف في المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 91/114 والذي أناط به مهمة المراقبة الادارية لعمل ناظر الوقف، وتتبع الأملاك الوقفية إما بحثا أو صيانة أو استثمارا أو قضاء وغيرها من المهام الموكلة إليه، ومن هنا جاء هذا المقال ليعرف بوكيل الأوقاف. ومن أجل دراسة الاشكال المطروح اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في اعداد المقال ومستعينا بالمنهج المقارن، ومن النتائج المتوصل إليها غياب أو انعدام الدراسات حول وكيل الأوقاف في القانون الجزائري أو العربي. Abstract: The Algerian lawmaker has upgraded the position of waqf deputy in the executive decree No: 91/114, mandated by the mission of the administrative control functioning of waqf headmaster. Waqf properties are followed either for research, maintenance, investment or justice ...etc. thus the article is to introduce Waqf deputy. For the study of the form represented, researchers relied on the analytical descriptive approach in making the article, also using the comparative approach. Results include the absence and the non-existence of the studies about waqf deputy in the Algerian or the Arab law.
