الحركة التجارية في مدينة صلداي قديما Commercial Activity In The Ancient Saldae

الملخص
Abstract: Saldae, is the ancient name of the modern city of Bejaia in Algeria, it was known as the city of knowledge and civilization. Once it’s become a Phonecian resort, or even during the period of its annexation to Numedian and later to Mauretania, it has played an important role in the economic prosperity of the region. Despite a lack of information concerning the activities of the city and its port during this period, the historical evidence from later periods suggests the importance of the region, dor instance in Roman times, the emperor Augustus established a colony for the veterans of the VII th Legion, increasing both its commercial importance due to its port ; that allowed it to play a leading role in the flourishing commercial activity of the province of Mauretania Caesariensis and later, of Mauretania Sitifensis. تعد صلداي (بجاية) من أهم المدن الجزائرية التي كان لها وقعا حضاريا كبيرا في حوض البحر المتوسط، هذه المدينة العريقة التي عرفت بعدة أسماء عبر العصور من صلداي إلى الناصرية إلى بجاية، لعبت دورا محوريا في تنشيط اقتصاد المنطقة واقتصاد ما جاورها، منذ أن كانت محطة فينيقية أو حتى في فترة إلحاقها بممتلكات مملكة نوميديا وبعدها موريطانيا، وبالرغم من قلة المعلومات التي وصلتنا سواء عن المدينة أو مينائِها في هذه الفترة، إلا أن الشواهد التاريخية للفترات اللاحقة توحي لنا أنها لم تكن مهملة سابقا، بدليل أن أغسطس أكتافيوس رفعها إلى ''مستعمرة الفيلق السابع''، وازدادت أهميتها التجارية، وكان لمينائها دورا بارزا في ازدهار الحركة التجارية لمقاطعة موريطانيا القيصرية ثم موريطانيا السطيفية.
