المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالتنكيد المعنوي لدى عينة من عمال بميناء وهران

الملخص
The aim of this research is to reveal the relationship between social support and the dimensions of mental disturbance among the workers of the port of Oran. The researcher used three tools, namely the social support measure and the psychological questionnaire as well as the individual data form. The study was conducted at the Port of Oran, and the sample number was 51 workers and workers. One of the most important results of the study is the existence of a correlation between social support and the effects on the social reputation of the workers of the port of Oran, and a correlation between social support and physical abuse and its effects on the health of the workers of the port of Oran. While the study reached There is no correlation between social support and moral incompatibility, infringement of the possibility of expression, infringement of social relations, and infringement of the quality of professional life of the workers of the port of Oran. يهدف هذا البحث الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية وأبعاد التنكيد المعنوي لدى عمال ميناء وهران. استعملت الباحثة 3 أدوات وهما مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية واستبيان التنكيد المعنوي بالإضافة الى استمارة البيانات الفردية. أجريت الدراسة بميناء وهران، ولقد بلغ عدد العينة 51 عامل وعاملة. من أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة وهي وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين المساندة الاجتماعية وآثار على السمعة الاجتماعية لدى عمال ميناء وهران، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والتعدي الجسدي وآثاره على الصحة لدى عمال ميناء وهران. بينما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والتنكيد المعنوي، والتعدي على إمكانية التعبير، والتعدي على العلاقات الاجتماعية، والتعدي على نوعية الحياة المهنية لدى عمال ميناء وهران.
