الملخص
يعالج هذا البحث موضوعاً تاريخياً مهماً، وهو بعنوان: (صورة الأرواحية عند مجتمع السودان الغربي خلال العصر الوسيط)، وقد انبنى من مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث و خاتمة؛ كان الأول منها في التعريف بمفهوم بلاد السودان الغربي وإطاره الجغرافي، أما الثاني ــ والذي يعتبر جوهر البحث ـــ فخصص لدراسة عناصر الديانة الأرواحية، وفي المبحث الأخير (الثالث)، حاولنا تسليط الضوء على تنظيم المجتمع في ظل الديانة الأرواحية. ثم تلا ذلك الخاتمة التي تشملُ على النتائج والتوصيات، وخلص البحث إلى أنَّ الإنسان الإفريقي قبل اعتناقه للإسلام كان يعبد أشكال مختلفة من العبادات والآلهة، شأنه في ذلك شأن سائر المجتمعات الأخرى، ولكن مع بزوغ فجر الإسلام أخذت كثير من هذه المظاهر تختفي تدريجياً. وتبين لنا أيضاً، أنَّ علاقة الأرواحية بمجتمع السودان الغربي هي علاقة وطيدة، فتحليل عناصر هذه الديانة يمكننا من فهم أفضل للبنيات الذهنية والفكرية للمجتمع المدروس، والميكانيزمات المتحكمة في مجالات الحياة اليومية. This study deals with an important historical theme. It is entitled: (Animism in the society of western Sudan in the middle Ages). This study consists of three parts. The first part aims to clarify the concept of country of Sudan and its geographical surroundings. The second part is devoted to the analysis of aspects of the Animism. In the third part, we try to focus on the organization of society in the light of the Animist religion. In conclusion, we summarized the search results as well as the various recommendations which are proposed by us. Indeed, this study showed that the African man has worshiped deities quite variable. But with the emergence of Islam, most of these spiritual aspects have gradually disappeared. The study also showed that there was a strong relationship between the western Sudanese society and Animism. This relationship has allowed to a better understanding of the intellectual and mental structure of the society being studied and the mechanisms that govern their daily lives.
