Abstract
: This research aims to show the current status of Islamic finance, especially with the expansion of the Islamic finance sector in the recent years, define Islamic financial innovation, with reference to Sukuk as leading model in the field of Islamic finance, as statistics show that the Islamic Sukuk has become the fastest growing segment of the Islamic financing market now. The study concluded that Sukuk is one of the most successful Islamic financial products, it became a contemporary instrument accepted by Muslims and non-Muslim
