أثر التمويل المصرفي على قطاع الفلاحة في دول شمال افريقيا: دراسة قياسية باستخدام بيانات بانل 2000-2015

الملخص
The study aims to know the impact of banking finance on the agriculture sector in North Africa countries during the period 2000-2015 on a sample of 5 North African countries. Using the regression analysis for the panel data, the pooled effect model, the fixed effects model, the random effects model were estimated. The results showed that banking finance through short and medium term loans has a positive impact on the agriculture sector, the results also showed that the area of cultivated land has a positive impact on the agricultural sector, more than banking finance. This has been proven by the results of the study. تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التمويل المصرفي على قطاع الفلاحة في دول شمال افريقيا خلال الفترة (2000-2015) على عينة متكونة من 5 دول باستخدام تحليل الانحدار للسلاسل الزمنية المقطعية، حيث تم تقدير نموذج الأثر التجميعي، نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة ونموذج التأثيرات العشوائية، وأوضحت النتائج أن التمويل المصرفي من خلال القروض القصيرة والمتوسطة الأجل له أثر إيحابي على قطاع الفلاحة، إلا أنه ليس بذات درجة التأثير مقارنة بعنصر الأرض وهذا ما أثبتته نتائج الدراسة.
