محاولة دراسة وتحليل نتائج الجزائر وفقا لمؤشر المعرفة العالمي لعام 2017

الملخص
نسعى من خلال هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل نتائج مؤشر المعرفة العالمي لسنة 2017 المتعلقة بحالة الجزائر، عن طريق تحليل تركيبة متغيراته السبعة: التعليم قبل الجامعي، التعليم العالي، التعليم التقني والتدريب المهني، البحث والتطوير والابتكار، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، الاقتصاد وأخيرا البيئات التمكينية التي يعتمدها المؤشر العالمي للمعرفة بهدف تدقيق متغيرات مركباته الخاصة بالجزائر لتحديد نقاط القوة للعوامل التي يجب تثمينها، كما يتم التركيز على بيان وتحليل نقاط الضعف في متغيرات المؤشر بهدف تحديد أسبابها واقتراح التوصيات اللازمة لتحسين ترتيب الجزائر وفقا لهذا المؤشر وتقديم اقتراحات لمعالجة نقاط الضعف. We seek through this research to examine and analyse the results of global knowledge index 2017 for Algeria's case, by analyzing a combination of seven variables: undergraduate education, higher education, technical education and vocational training, research and development and innovation, information technology Communication, the economy finally enabling environments supported by knowledge world index to check special compounds Algeria variables to identify strengths of factors which must be valued, as the focus is on the statement and analysis of vulnerabilities in the indicator variables with the aim of identifying their causes and suggestion Recommendations to improve the ranking of Algeria according to this index and offer suggestions to address weaknesses. A travers cet article, nous visons à étudier et analyser les résultats de l'Indice mondial du savoir 2017 relative à l'Algérie en analysant la composition de ses sept variables: enseignement préuniversitaire, enseignement supérieur, enseignement technique et formation professionnelle, R & D, innovation, TIC et économie et environnement de soutien pris en charge par l’indicateur mondial de la connaissance,Afin d'analyser et d'évaluer les points forts et d'identifier les faiblesses des variables de l’indice, dans le but d'analyser les causes et de proposer les recommandations nécessaires pour améliorer les résultats de l'indice de connaissance attribué à l'Algérie.
