الملخص
يندرج هذا البحث ضمن الدراسات القرآنية التي تهتم بقواعد الترجيح وتطبيقاتها عند المفسرين؛ ويتناول على وجه التخصيص، علما من أعلام الجزائر في التفسير وهو:عبد الرحمان الثعالبي الذي اعتمد على قواعد كثيرة في ترجيحاته من خلال تفسيره الجواهر الحسان، ويأتي هذا المقال ليكشف عن بعض تلك القواعد المتعلقة بالسنة والآثار،مع بيان طريقته في ذلك والقواعد التي يقدمها عند التنازع. Abstract This research is part of the Quranic studies that deal with the rules of tarjeeh (outweighing) and its applications among Quran interpreters. It deals specifically with one of the most famous interpreters scholars in Algeria, namely: Abderrahmane al-Tha'alibi, who relied on many rules in his outweighings through his interpretation Al Jawahir Al Hissane fi Tafsir Al Koran (The fine pearls in the exegesis of the Quran). This article reveals some of these rules related to the Sunnah and traditions, showing his method and the rules that he used in case of Tanazu' the conflict in identifying the relation between a pronoun and its referent
