نشاط منظمة الجيش السري الفرنسية في مدينة وهران وانعكاساته (1961 _ 1962).

الملخص
قام جنرالات فرنسا المعارضون للرئيس شارل ديغول بإنشاء منظمة الجيش السري Organisation de l'Armée Secrète (O.A.S) كرد فعل تجاه سياسته الرامية لفتح باب الحوار والتفاوض الجدي للخروج من حرب دامت سنوات لم تكن في صالح الطرفين، وقد عمل مؤسسو المنظمة على الإطاحة بنظام ديغول عن طريق الانقلاب العسكري لكنهم فشلوا في ذلك، وكانت المنظمة تهدف للاستفراد بمدينة وهران وجعلها قاعدة خالصة لهم، خاصة وأن المدينة تحتوي على عناصر القوة المتمثلة في الموانئ والقاعدة البحرية العسكرية للمرسى والمطار المدني والمطارين العسكريين، وشبكة الطرقات ومحطة القطار، مما دفع بهؤلاء الجنرالات لمحاولة السيطرة عليها. وهذا ما يفسر تصاعد عنف المنظمة التي عملت على تلغيم المفاوضات بين الحكومة الفرنسية وجبهة التحرير الوطني، وعرقل استقلال الجزائر الذي أصبح وشيكا، وقد بلغت حدا غير مسبوق حين تم الاتفاق على وقف إطلاق النار بين الجيش الفرنسي وجيش التحرير الوطني بغرض إفراغ المدينة من سكانها المسلمين بتنفيذ جرائم جهنمية تمثلت في سلسلة الاغتيالات والتفجيرات مستهدفة كل ما له صلة بالشعب الجزائري الذي أضحى هدفا مستباحا لجرائمها التي لا تستثني شيئا ولا ترحم أحدا؛ وقد اشتمل مخططها على زرع الخراب وإشاعة الرعب والذعر في النفوس، وتدمير المؤسسات والمنشآت والبنى التحتية واغتيال الأشخاص سواء كانوا من المسلمين أو الأوروبيين الرافضين لسياستها الإجرامية. مما دفع بالسلطات الاستعمارية للاستعانة بالجنرال جوزيف كاتز الذي أوكلت له مهمة التصدي لزعماء المنظمة في مدينة وهران أمثال جوود وأنطوان أرغود وغيرهم.
