وضعية التعليم الثانوي و مخرجاته في سوق العمل الجزائري.

الملخص
ملخص: يحاول هذا المقال تحليل و توضيح العلاقة التي تربط التعليم الثانوي و مخرجاته بسوق العمل الجزائري، حيث يتناول علاقة التعليم الثانوي بسوق العمل الجزائري، و وضعية مخرجاته و مدى تحقيقها للتنمية، على اعتبار أن هاته الفئة تمثل استثمارا اقتصاديا و اجتماعيا للموارد البشرية. و للإحاطة بموضوع الدراسة وظفنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج التاريخي لنخلص في الأخير إلى أن وضعية هذه الفئة تحتل مكانة لا بئس بها في سوق العمل، باعتبار أنها حلقة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها فيما يخص تطوير الاقليم الذي توجد فيه. كما أكدت في خضم التغيرات التكنولوجية على ضرورة تطوير مقاربة نظرية تكون أكثر شمولا للخروج من دائرة الوصف و التحليل لهذين المتغيرين: (مخرجات التعليم و سوق العمل).

Abstract This article attempts to analyze and clarify the relationship between secondary education and its results in the Algerian labor market, by examining the link between secondary education and the Algerian labor market, and discusses the state of its products and their contribution to the development. Considering that this category constitutes an economic and social investment of human resources. To highlight this study The Analytical Descriptive Method and the Historical Method have been used to deduce that this category occupies an undeniable place in the labor market, since it constitutes an indispensable link in the development of the region in which it is situated. She also emphasized in the midst of technological developments, the urgent need to develop a more complete theoretical approach to get out of the circle of description and analysis of these two variables: (education products and labor market). . Key words: Education, Secondary education outputs, Algerian labor market, Development, Society Le résumé : Cet article tente d’analyser et de clarifier la relation qui lie l’enseignement secondaire et ses résultats avec le marché du travail algérien, il traite La relation entre l’enseignement secondaire et le marché du travail algérien, et la situation de ses résultats et l’empleur de leur développement, Vu que cette catégorie constitue un investissement économique et social des ressources humaines. Pour mettre en évidence cette étude on a employé la Méthode descriptive analytique et la Méthode historique pour en deduire que cette catégorie occupe une place incontestable sur le marché du travail, car elle constitue un maillon indispensable du développement de la région dans laquelle elle se situe. Elle a également souligné, au milieu des développements technologiques, le besoin urgent de développer une approche théorique plus complète Pour sortir du cercle de la description et de l'analyse de ces deux variables : (résultats de l'éducation et marché du travail). Mots clés : l’enseignement, résultats de l’enseignement secondaire, le marché du travail algérien, le développement, sociètè.
