اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر وجهود الإغاثة الإنسانية الموجهة للمدنيين الجزائريين إبان الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية 1955-1962.

الملخص
في الوقت الذي أرادت السلطات الإستعمارية الفرنسية، أن تكون حربها ضد الجزائريين حرباً شاملة وإبادية تسعى الى القضاء على الأهالي الجزائريين بالقتل والتهجير، أو عملا في إذابتهم ضمن مشروع الإلحاق المعروف بحلم "الجزائر الفرنسية"، لاسيما بعد نجاح الثوريين الجزائريين في إشعال لهيب الثورة في الفاتح نوفمبر 1954، والنجاح في إخراجها من عنق الزجاجة في سنتيها الأولتين، بسبب الحصار والخناق العسكري المضروب على هذه الأخيرةبمهد ظهورها في منطقة الأوراس وما جاورها. أطلت على المدنيين الجزائريين المنظمات الدولية والإنسانية، تعرض خدماتها على ضحايا الحرب التحريرية من الجزائريين، وتسعى الى تخفيف وطأة معاناتهم من بطش ومعاناة الآلة الإستعمارية الفرنسية، ولا أدل على ذلك من الدور الإنساني الذي لعبته اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر خلال الثورة التحريرية، من فرض للرقابة على الإنتهاكات الإستعمارية لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، والقيام بزيارات تفقدية لأوضاع الأسرى والمحتجزين من الجزائريين لدى السلطات الإستعمارية، بالرغم من التغطيات والحقائق المزورة، التي ما فتئت سلطات هذه الأخيرة تزود بها أعوان هذه اللجنة وتطلعهم عليها، وإضافة الى كل هذه الجهود المبذولة من اللجنة نجد أيضاً، تلك المساعدات المادية والإغاثات التموينية والطبية، التي كانت تخصصها مصالح هذه اللجنة الإنسانية لفائدة المدنيين الجزائريين من ضحايا الحرب الدائرة في القطر الجزائري، سواء أولئك الموزعين عبر المراكز الحدودية بالقطرين الشقيقين أو حتى في داخل البلاد. At the time that the French colonial authorities wanted that their war against the Algerians must be a total and disgraceful seeking to eliminate the Algerian people by killing and displacement, or repressing within the project of annexation known as the dream of "The French Algeria ", particularly after the success of Algerian revolutionaries in igniting the flame of revolution in the first of November 1954, and the success in removing it from the bottleneck in its first two years, because of the blockade and military siege on the latter in the beginning of its appearance in the area of Auras and neighboring. Several international and humanitarian organizations offered their services to the Algerian victims of the liberation war, and tried to alleviate their suffering from the misery and suffering of the French colonial machine. The considerable humanitarian role played by the International Committee of the Red Cross during the revolution of liberation observing different violations of the rules of international humanitarian law and conducting visits in order to examine the conditions of Algerian prisoners and detainees, regardless the coverage and false facts, which the French colonial authorities provided to the agents of this Committee. In addition to the efforts of the International Committee of the Red Cross, we find too material and medical assistance, which were allocated to the benefit of the Algerian civilians in Algeria, whether those situated through border centers in the two border countries or even in the country.
