المسؤولية الدولية للشركات المتعددّة الجنسيات على الأضرار البيئية

الملخص
الملخص لقد تغيرت العلاقات الدولية وخاصة بوجود كيانات أخرى، تحتل المكانة التي تحتلها الدول، أو المنظمات الدولية أو غيرها فظهرت للوجود الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات التي تعتبر هي المحرك الأساسي للعالم في الإقتصاد أو حتى في المجال السياسي في الوقت الراهن. ولقد صدقت مقولة الفيلسوف ميكيافيلي الغاية تبرر الوسيلة، فإن هذه الأخيرة بعد الإعتراف لها بالشخصية القانونية فهي تتعدى على البيئة التي تعتبر من الثراث الإنساني المشترك للبشرية. لهذا فإن مشكل العصر وهو التلوث البيئي فهو في إضطراد مستمر لا يشهد مثيل له وهذا نتيجة النشاطات الصناعية أو حتى الخدماتية لهذه الشركات التي غزّت العالم عن طريق الشركات الوليدة، لهذا وجب الإعتراف لها بالمسؤولية الدولية وهذا نتيجة نشاطاتها الضارة والتي تؤثر على البيئة. Summary International relations have changed, especially in the presence of other entities that occupy the position occupied by States, international organizations or others. Multinational corporations, which are the main engine of the world in the economy or even in the political sphere at present, have emerged. Therefore, the problem of the era is the environmental pollution is in constant constant is not comparable and this is the result of industrial activities or even services to these companies that invaded the world through the nascent companies, so it must be recognized international responsibility and this is the result of harmful activities affecting the environment.
