الملخص
ملخص: تعد المدن الجديدة أحد الموضوعات الهامة والمعاصرة التي حازت اعجاب العديد من الدول ومنها الجزائر، باعتبارها الوسيلة المثلى لنهضة عمرانية شاملة بدأت مع مطلع الألفية الجديدة في سبيل تحقيق تنمية انسانية مستدامة والتي لن تتحقق إلا في ظل الحكم الراشد الذي يعد العمود الفقري للسياسة التي يرسمها التنظيم المركزي لمعالجة الاختلالات والأزمات المجالية والحضرية للبلاد. شهدت الإمارات العربية تطورا واسعا في المجال العمراني مواكبا التغيرات الحديثة التي طرأت على العالم ككل، فبناء وتشييد المدن الجديدة وبالأخص المستدامة لتلبية حاجيات الأفراد دون الإفراط في حقوق ومتطلبات جيل الغد أصبح حلا لأزمات المدن الكبيرة وضرورة حتمية للعيش السليم المستدام، إذ أن إمارة أبوظبي اتخذت استراتيجية رشيدة تعتمد على الحكامة في بناء قطاعاتها واستدامتها ، يعتبر تشييدها لمدينة "مصدر" الأول من نوعه من حيث المدن المستدامة التي تعتمد على الطاقة النظيفة وعلى عناصر البناء المستدام لضمان العيش الراقي المستدام للأفراد.
