الأساليب الحديثة لتطوير استثمارات الأموال الوقفية

الملخص
نظام الوقف من النظم الاجتماعية الأصيلة ذات الأبعاد المتشعبة التي عرفتها مجتمعاتنا، فقد كانت الأوقاف عماد الحياة الاجتماعية وظاهرة من الظواهر الاقتصادية التي أسهمت بدور فعال في إقامة الأساس المادي للخدمات الاجتماعية والمنافع العامة، وتمويل شبكة واسعة من المؤسسات والمشروعات والأنشطة الخدمية. نهدف من خلال البحث إلى إبراز التجارب الحديثة في استثمار الوقف باعتباره أحد المقومات الأساسية للتنمية الشاملة، وكذلك إمكانية تنميته وتطويره من خلال عملية الاستثمار التي لها أهمية بالغة في ضمان استمرارية أداء الوقف في تقديم خدماته وتحقيق أهدافه، مما يحتم النظر في تطوير صيغ تمويل الأوقاف وتحسين أساليب إدارة الأملاك الوقفية، لتواكب التقدم الحضاري ولتستجيب لمتطلبات العصر، وفي هذا المجال تبرز أهمية إحداث الكثير من التغييرات حتى تصبح الصيغ المستحدثة قابلة للتطبيق من وجهة النظر الشرعية. We aim through research to highlight the recent experience in the investment of endowment as a basic ingredient for the overall development, as well as the possibility of its development through the investment process, which is of extreme importance in ensuring the continuity of the performance of the moratorium in the provision of services and the achievement of its objectives, which makes it imperative to consider the development of financing Awqaf and improved formulas waqf property management methods, to keep pace with the progress of civilization and to respond to the requirements of the times, and in this area highlights the importance of bringing a lot of changes until the updated versions become applicable from the point of legitimacy of view.
