التّأويل عند مفسّري القرآن الكريم، الطّاهر بن عاشور أنموذجا

الملخص
اهتمّت الدّراسات النصّية الحديثة والقديمة بآلية التّأويل، ولقد أَولى الباحثون المؤوِّل دورا مهمّا في فهم النصوص، فبعد أن نَادَت بعض الدّراسات إلى موت المؤلف؛ استرفدت على إثر ذلك بالقارئ وأَولَتْهُ دورا في إعادة بناء النص واستيضاح دلالاته من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى فهم قصدية الكاتب وشخصيته، ولن يكون هذا الأمر الذي نادت إليه الدّراسات الغربية والعربية إلّا بالتّأويل، فلكلّ متلقّي رأي ونظرة تختلف عن الآخرين في استنطاق النص. من هذا المنطلق، نسعى من خلال هذا البحث القراءة في ماهية التّأويل من منظور العرب والغرب، باعتباره آلية من آليات التّحليل المساعدة على إدراك قصدية الكاتب، وعلى استنطاق النص واستقصاء معانيه الخفيّة، ثمّ سنحاول تقصّي هذه الآلية – التّأويل - لدى الطّاهر بن عاشور في تفسير "التّحرير والتّنوير" مع محاولة الوقوف على أوجه الاتّفاق والاختلاف بينه وبين الغربيين. ABSTRACT :Both the modern and the ancient text studies gave too much importance to the mechanism of interpretation. Researchers gave a crucial role to the interpreter in understanding the text. Some studies were for the death of the author others gave the reader the mission and the responsibility to reconstruct the text and clarify the meanings also understand the intentionality of the writer and his personality . Infact this will never be achieved unless interpretation is present. Each receiver has his own view and opinion that is totally different from the other as far as examining the text is concerned. So this project aime at dealing with the meaning of interpretation from both the Arabs and the West view since it stands for a mechanism of analys is that helps to achieve the writer’s interpretation also at investigating the text and understanding its hidden meanings .We will try to deal with the mechanism of interpretation according to El tahar Benachor in his analysis« el tahrir and el tanwir ». We will also try to shed light on points of similarities and differences between him and the western writers.
