الملخص
شهد النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين والعقد الأول من القرن الحادي والعشرين تطورا مذهلا في مجال الحواسيب والبرمجيات الحاسوبية كما وكيفا، وقد دمت بذلك إمكانات وخدمات كبيرة للعاملين في شتى المهن وحقول المعرفة. ولا شك أن الترجمة لقيت الكثير من العناية في هذا المجال، بدءا بالمحاولات الأولية للعقد السادس من القرن الماضي لترجمة النصوص العلمية من الروسية إلى الإنجليزية. وقد شاهدنا في الآونة الأخيرة تفجرا في أنواع المعينات التقنية، الحاسوبية خاصة، للمترجمين على مستويات مختلفة، تبدأ بما يسمى بالترجمة الآلية ( أو الترجمة بمعاونة الحاسوب) و انتهاءا بمنسقات النصوص والإملاء الآلي Automatic dictation وما بينهما من ذاكرات الترجمة وبنوك المصطلحات الآلية terminology data banks والمعاجم المحوسبة ( أحادية اللغات وثنائيتها) ثم الهواتف المحمولة. The second half of the twentieth century and the first decade of the twenty-first century witnessed a spectacular development in the field of computers and software as well as how they have been, and have provided considerable potential and services to workers in various professions and fields of knowledge. There is no doubt that translation has received much attention in this area, starting with the initial attempts of the sixth decade of the last century to translate scientific texts from Russian into English. Recently, we have seen an explosion in the types of assistive technology, especially computing, for translators at different levels, starting with the so-called translation mechanical (or computer-aided translation) and ending with the text and mechanical spelling of automatics and their translation memories and banks Automatic terms terminology data banks and computerized dictionaries (mono and binary) and mobile phones.
