الخطاب الأيديولوجي في أطروحات علم اجتماع التنظيم والعمل في الجامعة الجزائرية: جامعة سطيف2 نموذجا

الملخص
ملخص يعد تحليل الخطاب أحد المداخل الحديثة-نسبيا- في الدراسات السوسيولوجية، ويعرف رواجا نظرا لما يتسم به من صفات تجعله أداة مناسبة لتفسير بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية الخفية والتي لا يمكن لتحليل المضمون الكشف عنها؛ حيث تدخل ضمن دائرة ما لا يتم التصريح به، أو ما يعرف بـ"ما تحت السطور" والناجم عن السياقات الاجتماعية المهيمنة. وتخصص علم اجتماع التنظيم والعمل بوصفه "منتجا للخطاب" قد لا ينفذ من لعبة الهيمنة أو من التوجيه السياسي، أو بصفة أدق من التوجيه الأيديولوجي. وإذا أردنا رصد واقع هذا التخصص فبالإمكان فعل ذلك عن طريق تركيز الجهد حول مخرجاته وتحليلها بما هي خطاب تحليلا نقديا. تشتغل دراستنا هذه على عينة من أطروحات الدكتوراه ذات الصلة لجهة سبر الخلفية الأيديولوجية الثاوية وراء المنتج السوسيولوجي في الجزائر، ممثلا بأطروحات الدكتوراه في تخصص علم اجتماع التنظيم والعمل. كلمات مفتاحية: الأيديولوجيا ;التحليل النقدي للخطاب ; علم اجتماع التنظيم والعمل ; الجامعة الجزائرية ;مخرجات التعليم العالي Résumé : L’analyse critique du discours est l’une des approches modernes - relativement - des études sociologiques. Elle est réputée en raison de ses caractéristiques qui en font un outil approprié pour interpréter certains phénomènes sociaux latents que l’analyse du contenu ne peut détecter et qui entrent dans le périmètre du non dit ou connu comme « entre les lignes » résultant des contextes sociaux dominants. La sociologie de l'organisation et du travail en tant que "productrice de discours" ne peut échapper aux enjeux de la domination ou de l'orientation politique ou particulièrement idéologique, et si nous voulons surveiller la réalité de cette spécialité, nous pouvons focaliser nos efforts sur ses résultats et les analyser à travers l’analyse critique du discours, dans ce sens, nous proposons une réflexion sur les thèses de doctorat ayant pour thème l'organisation de la sociologie et du travail des universités algériennes, l'université de Sétif 2 - étude de cas. Il s’agit de révéler l’orientation idéologique générale de la sociologie en Algérie à travers les résultats des thèses de doctorat. Ainsi, l’étude a pour objectif la révélation de la réalité de l’enseignement supérieur en sociologie au sein de l’université algérienne en essayant d’évaluer les résultats de cet enseignement et les orientations qu’il contrôle. Abstract The critical analysis of discourse is, relatively, one of the new approaches in sociological studies. It is well known for its characteristics that make of it the appropriate tool used to interpret the hidden social phenomenon that couldn’t be detected by the simple analysis of its content. It is also considered as being at the frame of the unspoken called “between the lines” resulting from the predominant social contexts. The sociology of organization and the work as “producer of discourse” couldn’t escape the issues of domination or political orientation and especially the ideological one. If we are seeking to survey the reality of this specialized field, we can focus our efforts on the results by analyzing them using the CAD. In this way, we propose a reflection on the Ph.D. theses dealing with the sociology and the work organization of the Algerian universities, the University of Setif 2, as a case-study. It aims to reveal the general ideological orientation of the sociology in Algeria throughout the results of the Ph.D. theses. This study intent to reveal the reality of the Algerian high education in sociology, by trying to assess the results and the orientations governing it.
