الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وضعية الاقتصاد الجزائري وفق توصيات ومبادئ النموذج الجديد للنمو (2016-2030)، والقدرة على تنفيذه لتحقيق نمو سريع ومستدام، في ظل مختلف الأحداث الاقتصادية البارزة ومعرفة مدى قدرة السياسة الاقتصادية في دعم نجاح هذا النموذج. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أهداف متميزة للتحول الاقتصادي المستدام، لكن تأخر الاقتصاد الجزائري في العديد من المجالات يحول دون تطبيق النموذج بشكل فعال، لذا فإنه يستوجب انفتاح اقتصادي أكثر على العالم، والاستفادة من الخبرة الأجنبية الرائدة لرفع نسب النمو. Abstract : The objective of this study is to analyze the status of the Algerian economy in accordance with the recommendations and principles of the new growth model (2016-2030), the ability to implement it for rapid and sustainable growth, in the light of the various economic events that have taken place and the ability of economic policy to support the success of this model. The study concluded that there are distinct goals for sustainable economic transformation, but the delay in the Algerian economy in many fields prevents the effective application of the model, so it requires more economic openness to the world, and benefiting from the leading foreign experience to raise growth rates.
