الملخص
تشكل الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات اليوم القوة المحركة في النظام الاقتصادي والسياسي الدولي، لما تملكه من إمكانيات مادية وبشرية هائلة، تمتد إلى مختلف دول العالم. وتعدد أنشطتها ومنتجاتها بغية توزيع المخاطر وتنويع مصادر الربح، مستفيدة من منجزات التقدم العلمي والتقني الذي تتميز به. لقد ازداد الاهتمام في المدة الأخيرة بالشركات المتعددة الجنسيات لما لها من تأثير على تنمية الدول النامية، والتي يتم استغلال ثرواتها والتدخل في شؤونها الاقتصادية والسياسية وحتى الاجتماعية، وقد حاولت من خلال هذا البحث التطرق إلى ماهية الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات ومدى تأثيرها على عملية التنمية في البلدان النامية، وقد اعتمدت على المنهج التحليلي أما النتيجة المتوصل إليها هو أن على الدول النامية الاعتماد على قدراتها المحلية الوطنية في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة، وعدم التعويل على هذه الشركات، وإنما اعتبارها كعامل مساعد في تحقيق التنمية. Today, multinationals are the driving forcein the international economic and political system, because of its enormous material and human potential extending to various countries of the world.Its activities and products are numerous in order to distribute risksand diversify sources of profit , taking advantage of the achèvements of scientific and technical progress that characterized it. Interest in multinational companies has recently increasedbecause of its impact on the development of developing countries , whose wealth is exploited and interfered in its economic, political and even social affairs , through this research, I have tried to address what multinationals areand their impact on the development process in developing countries , it relied on the analytical approach, and the result was that developing countries should rely on their national domestic capacities for inclusive developmentand not to rely on these companies, but considered as a catalyst in achieving development.
