الملخص
أحدثت الأنترنت ثورة في عملية إنتاج وتوزيع المجلات العلمية وفي سهولة الوصول إليها، إذ بإمكان توفير محتويات هذه المجلات بشكل رقمي. كما أضحت الرقمنة ضرورة تقتضييها متغيرات العصر الحديثة للإفادة الى أقصى حد ممكن من التقنيات الجديدة المتطورة، فأصبحت واقعا ملموسا في مجال البحث العلمي. لعل من اهم الوسائل العلمية لأجل ذلك هو المجلات العلمية التي أصبحت لا غنى عنها بالنسبة للباحثين العلميين. لكي تؤدي هذه المجلات العلمية دورها لابد من توفير الشروط الضرورية حتى يتم تصنيفها وكذلك البوابة أو الأرضية التي تنطلق منها. The Internet has revolutionized the production and distribution of scientific journals and the ease to access them, as the contents of these journals can be provided digitally. Digitization has also become a necessity required by the variables of the modern era in order to benefit from the maximum extent possible of the new advanced technologies, and it has become a tangible reality in the field of scientific research. Perhaps the most important scientific means for this is the scientific journals that have become indispensable for scientific researchers. In order for these scientific journals to play their role, the necessary conditions must be fulfilled in order for them to be classified, as well as the gate or the ground from which they originate
