الرقمنة في الجامعة و الانفتاح على المحيط العلمي، الاقتصادي والاجتماعي: المعوقات والآفاق

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر الجامعة اليوم مؤسسة انتاجية نوعية، إذ تلعب دورا هاما إزاء تهيئة أفراد اكفاء ، إذ تقوم بعدة وظائف، من أهمها : التدريس و التكوين ،اللذان يشكلان الوظيفة الأساسية و الأصلية ذات الصلة بإنتاج الرأس المال البشري، و كذلك مهمة البحث العلمي :باعتبارها وسيلة لمواكبة التحولات السلوكية والمعرفية و الخارجية، حيث يتم بواسطته تهيئة مختلف الحلول لمشاكل المجتمع و حاجياته المتنوعة ، الأمر الذي يجعلها أحد الفاعلين الرئيسيين في إنتاج أفراد بقيمة نوعية مضافة، و هذا لا يتأتى عادة إلا بضمان علاقة مباشرة بالمحيط الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي ، العلمي و الثقافي، و التي لا طالما وصفت بالطابع الخاص، و إذا تعلق الامر بعصرنة هذه العلاقة أصبحت الجامعة في تحد معقد و متنوع الابعاد، لأنها في مواجهة مع متطلبات "اقتصاد المعرفة" الضروري لمجتمع المعلومات أو "مجتمع ذكي". Abstract : The University is today a quality productive institution, playing an important role in the creation of competent individuals, as it performs several functions, the most important of which are: teaching and training, which constitute the basic and original function related to the production of human capital, as well as the task of scientific research: as a means of keeping pace with the transformations: Behavioral, cognitive and external, where by which various solutions are created for the problems of society and its diverse needs, which makes it one of the main actors in the production of individuals with added quality value, and this can usually only be achieved by ensuring a direct relationship with the economic, social, scientific and cultural environment, Which is not long described as special, and when it comes to the modernization of this relationship, the university has become a complex and diverse challenge.They are faced with the "knowledge economy" requirements necessary for an information society or a "smart society".
