نظرية الحرية؛ حرية للإعلام أم للتعبير؟

الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال موضوع نظرية الحرية، يقدم الأحداث التاريخية التي قادت إليها ويشرح ما خلفته من نتائج إيجابية وسلبية، منتقدا إياها أخيرا في رؤية تقيمية لطبيعة الحرية التي تؤسس لها. ينتهي في ذلك إلى أن "الحرية" المخولة للإعلام من خلالها -النظرية- ما هي إلا مكسب للتعبير كمطلب إنساني متواصل الوتيرة. This article deals with the subject of the theory of freedom. It presents the historical events that led to it and explains the positive and negative consequences it has obtained; and this by criticizing it from an angle that evaluates the nature of the freedom that constitutes its foundation. Ultimately, this article succeeds in demonstrating that the freedom attributed to the media is only an asset of expression that appears to have the character of a continuous human need.
