نوازل ابن الحاج التجيبي مصدرا لدراسة الحياة الاقتصادية للأندلس عصري الطوائف والمرابطين

الملخص
تروم ورقتنا البحثية هذه لإبراز الواقع الاقتصادي اليومي في الأندلس عصري الطوائف والمرابطين من خلال نوازل ابن الحاج التجيبي القرطبي. فمما لا مراء فيه أن علم الفقه يشكل أحد أبرز مكونات الحياة العلمية في تاريخ الحضارة الإسلامية، وذلك ما يتضح من خلال كتب التراجم الأندلسية والمغربية التي تزخر بأسماء مصنفات كثيرة في الفقه المالكي. ومعلوم أن كتب الفقه منجما غنيا بالنسبة للمؤرخ، لأنها تزخر بمعطيات تهم الجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والدينية والسياسية والثقافية للمجتمع الذي عايشه المفتي، فهذا الجنس المصدري أضحى اليوم من أهم مصادر المؤرخ لكتابة التاريخ الإسلامي، خاصة في العصر الوسيط. ذلك أن كتب النوازل ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالواقع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والديني والثقافي والسياسي للمجتمعات الإسلامية، وباعتبارها أيضا تعالج قضايا واقعية تعكس مواقف الفقهاء من مشاكل عصرهم. تم الاعتماد في هذا المقال على نوازل ابن الحاج التجيبي، فقد عرجت هذه النوازل على جملة من المسائل السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية للأندلس. وصورت لنا مشاغل الناس وهمومهم وعاداتهم في عصر ابن الحاج، وتبرز ما كان يعتمل داخل المجتمع الأندلسي من مخاض، خاصة في فترة الانتقال من حكم الطوائف إلى المرابطين، ناهيك عما اعتراه من توترات وتعقيدات، وظواهر سوسيو- دينية وثقافية، وذلك ما تبينه نوازل ابن الحاج عصري الطوائف والمرابطين، رغم أن قراءة هذا النوع من المصادر ليس أمرا هينا، خاصة أن مسائلها لا تكشف عن قيمتها بمجرد النظرة السريعة، فهي لم توضع أصلا ليستعملها المؤرخ. This research paper aims to highlight the daily economic reality in Andalusia, Trendy sects and Almoravids through the descendants of Ibn al-Hajj al-Tujibi al-Qurtubi. There is no doubt that the science of jurisprudence is one of the most important components of scientific life in the history of Islamic civilization, and this is evidenced by the books of Andalusian and Moroccan translations, which abound with the names of many works in Maliki jurisprudence. It is known that the books of jurisprudence a rich mine for the historian, because it abounds with data of interest to the social, economic, religious, political and cultural aspects of society experienced by the Mufti, this source sex has become one of the most important sources of historian to write Islamic history, especially in the Middle Ages. The books of al-Nawazil are closely linked to the social, economic, religious, cultural and political realities of Muslim societies, and as they deal with realistic issues that reflect the attitudes of jurists towards the problems of their time. In this article, we rely on Ibn al-Hajj al-Tujiby concessions. They dealt with a number of political, economic and social issues of al-Andalus. And portrayed the concerns of the people and their concerns and customs in the era of Ibn al-Haj, and highlight what was held within the Andalusian society of labor, especially in the period of transition from the rule of sects to Almoravids, not to mention the tensions and complexities, and socio-religious and cultural phenomena, as shown by Ibn al-Haj Modernist sects and Almoravids, although reading this type of sources is not easy, especially since their issues do not reveal their value at a glance, they were not originally developed for use by the historian.
