واقع ومستقبل تدويل اليوان الصيني "الرنمينبي" بين الفرص والتحديات

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح تطور مكانة العملة الصينية في السنوات القليلة الماضية بعد انطلاق عملية تدويلها لتنافس العملات القيادية على مختلف المعاملات المالية الدولية، خاصة بعد إدراجها في سلة العملات المشكلة لحقوق السحب الخاصة شهر أكتوبر 2016. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم المكانة المتأخرة للعملة الصينية على مستوى النظام النقدي الدولي، إلا أنها في تصاعد مستمر ولو بمعدلات قليلة، الأمر الذي قد يشكل منافسا حقيقيا وجادّا على مكانة العملات الارتكازية الأخرى. رغم ذلك، مازال الدولار يحتل المكانة الأولى في العالم وبفارق كبير عن باقي منافسيه، الأمر الذي يشكل صعوبة وتحديا صعبا لعملية تدويل اليوان. Abstract: This study aims to clear up the development of Chinese currency’s position in last few years after launching its internationalization process to compete hard currencies on the different of international financial transactions, especially after its including in the SDR basket on the October, 1st 2016. This study concluded that despite of the Yuan’s delayed position on the International Monetary System, it has been rising even with slow rates, this matter will probably make it as a real and a serious competitor against the position of other hard currencies. However, the U.S Dollar is still occupying the first place with a big distance against other competitors on the world, which makes a big difficult challenge to internationalization process of Chinese Yuan. Résumé: Cette étude vise à éclaircir l’évolution de la position de la monnaie chinoise au cours des dernières années après le lancement de son processus d’internationalisation afin de faire concurrence aux devises fortes sur les différentes transactions financières internationales, en particulier après son inclusion dans le panier de DTS le 1er octobre 2016. Cette étude a conclu que, malgré le retard de la position du Yuan sur le système monétaire international, mais il est à la hausse même à un faible taux, cette affaire en fera probablement un concurrent réel et sérieux face à la position des autres devises. Cependant, le dollar américain occupe toujours la première place avec une grande distance par rapport à d’autres concurrents sur le monde, ce qui rend difficile le processus d’internationalisation du yuan chinoise.
