تقييم سياسة الإنفاق العام في الجزائر ودورها في تحسين مستوى المعيشة خلال الفترة (2001-2018)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم سياسة الإنفاق العام المـُتَبعة في الجزائر للفترة (2001-2018) ودورها في تحسين المستوى المعيشي بالجزائر، وذلك من خلال تحليل وتقييم مجموعة من مؤشرات مستوى المعيشة والتي لها علاقة بالسياسة الإنفاقية، وإظهار مدى تَحَسُنها أو انخفاضها ابتداء من سنة 2001 إلى غاية 2018. وتَم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بإجراء دراسة تحليلية عن حالة الجزائر للفترة المذكورة، وتوصلنا إلى أن هناك تَحَسُن في مستوى المعيشة في الجزائر، لكنه يبقى دون المستوى المطلوب خاصة مع عدم توفر مجموعة من العوامل من بينها ضعف القطاع الإنتاجي. This paper aims to highlight and detect the extent to which public expenditure politics of Algeria during 2001-2018 contributes to the improvement of the standard of living in the country, to achieve that we analysed and evaluated a various standard of living indicators. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach to undertake an analytical study of Algeria’s case during the period mentioned .we have found that there is an improvement in the standard of living in the country but it remains below the global average, and that it suffers from severe weaknesses which is fostering by the absent of radical factors as the weak productive sector Cet article est identifier la contribution de la politique de dépenses publiques adoptée en Algérie pour la période (2001-2018) à l'amélioration du niveau de vie en Algérie en analysant et en évaluant une série d'indicateurs du niveau de vie. On a utilisé L’approche descriptive pour mener une étude analytique sur la situation de l’Algérie au cours de la période (2001-2018). Nous avons constaté une amélioration du niveau de vie en Algérie, mais celui-ci reste en deçà du niveau requis, notamment en l'absence de plusieurs des facteurs, notamment la faiblesse du secteur productive
