المنظومة التّربوية في الجزائر؛ بين الخصوصيات القومية والصّراعات الإيديولوجية في عصر الانفتاح المعرفي

الملخص
ملخّص تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية أن تقدّم طرحا نقديا للمدرسة الجزائرية حاليا، خصوصا وأنّ ميدان التّربية يُعتبر من بين أهمّ عناصر التّطوّر والرّقيّ للمجتمعات، والمستقرئ لواقع المنظومة التّربوية يجد أنّها انتقلت من الطّرق التّقليدية والتي تميّزت بالتّلقين والحفظ عن ظهر قلب إلى التّجزئة والاقتطاع، الأمر الذي جعل المدرسة لا تستوفي حقّ المتعلّم من الكفاءة والإنجاز في إدراك الأبعاد الفكرية لجوهر الثّقافة العربية، وما يتعلّق بها من لغة ونصوص، خصوصا في عصرنا هذا، الذي يشهد انفتاحا معرفيا وإعلاميا على الثّقافات والمجتمعات الأخرى، ونزوعا نحو التّعدّدية الثّقافية والهجنة والاختلاف الثّقافي، الأمر الذي يُحتّم علينا تحقيق الأمن الثّقافي والحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية عن طريق إنجاز منظومات تربوية وتعليمية تستهدف تحقيقَ كلّ ذلك، وهذا ما يستدعي تدخّل عناصر مختلفة من مختصّين في التّربية ومفكّرين وعلماء اجتماع ونفس وغيرهم، بما يضمن رؤية أكثرَ اتّساعا وشمولية من أجل إنجاح العملية التّعليمية وإنجاز منظومة تربوية تضمن التّمدرس الجيّد لأبنائها، وتُحقّق للأمة أمنَها الثّقافي والحضاري، وتضمن حضورَها بين الأمم . abstract This article aims to present a critic view of the educational system in Algeria, especially as the field of education is considered one of the most important elements of the development of societies and countries . Who looks to the reality of the educational system finds that it has moved from the traditional methods characterized by indoctrination and memorization to fragmentation and deduction. This prevents the school from meeting and fulfulling the learners needs. It also prevents it from realizing the Arabic culture dimensions, and its related language and culture. especially in our time, which knows cognitive and media openness to other cultures and societies , which necessitates the achievement of cultural security and the preservation of national identity through the completion of our educational systems, This requires the intervention of various elements of specialists, intellectuals, sociologists, and others in order to make a vision to ensure the success of the educational process. Moreover, the completion of educational system to ensure the good education of its children, and achieve the nation's cultural and civilizational security, and ensure its presence among nations. resumé Cet article tente de présenter une critique au système éducatif algérien actuel, puis- que le domaine de l'éducation est considéré comme l'un des éléments les plus importants du développement des sociétés, on peut constater que ce système éducatif est passé des méthodes traditionnelles caractérisées par l’apprentissage par cœur à la fragmentation et la déduction, qui ont limiter l’effet de l'école et de bien guider l'apprenant à la compétence et à la réalisation des dimensions intellectuelles de la culture arabe, et de la langue et des textes qui y sont liés, en particulier à notre époque, qui témoigne d'une ouverture des connaissances vers d'autres cultures et sociétés, et d'une tendance au pluralisme et la mondialisation, qui nous oblige à assurer la sécurité culturelle et à préserver l'identité nationale en mettant en place des systèmes éducatifs visant à atteindre ces buts, et tout cela nécessite l'intervention de divers éléments de spécialistes de l'éducation, de penseurs, de spécialistes des sciences sociales et autres, d'une manière qui garantit une vision plus large et globale pour bien assurer la réalisation et le succès d'un système éducatif qui garantit une bonne éducation à ses enfants, et qui réalise à la nation sa sécurité culturelle et identitaire et garantit une présence forte parmi les nations
