الملخص

Abstract : The aim of study was to answer the following questions: is there a relationship between the attitudes of the primary stage teachers towards the approach of competencies and job satisfaction among primary stage teachers? does the nature of their attitudes differ in relation to competencies according to the gender variable? The researcher took a primary school as a model for the study and reached the following results: -The level of job satisfaction among primry school teachers is low. -Attitudes of teachers of primary stge towards the approach of competencies negative . -There were no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of primary stage teachers toward the competency approach according to gender variable. -There is a correlation relationship of statistical significance between the attitudes of teachers of primary stage towards the approach competencies and job satisfaction. key world: competency approach, job satisfaction, primary stage teachers
