الملخص
Abstract Djaghloul book “The historical problematic of Ibn khaldoun’s political and social sciences” represents a huge intellectual product, characterized of originality and uniqueness, it enriches the Arabic library, considered as an addition to the quality of the Arabic modern political and social sciences, the writer overtakes this integral approach, the frequent and classical theses classifying and analyzing the modern political and social phenomena, today, his work represents an attempt to get rid of the problem of turning around the old traditional writing issue which are locked in the rational and intellectual termination. الملخص: يمثل كتاب الدكتور عبد القادر جغلول "الإشكاليات التاريخية في علم الاجتماع السياسي عند ابن خلدون "إنتاجا فكريا يتصف بطابع الأصالة والتميز والاختلاف، وهو إذ يغني المكتبة العربية فإنه يشكل إضافة نوعية في علم الاجتماع السياسي العربي المعاصر. فالكتاب يتجاوز بمنهجيته التكاملية الأطروحات الكلاسيكية المتواترة في عملية تصنيف وتحليل الظواهر الاجتماعية و السياسية المعاصرة اليوم، حيث يمثل كتابه محاولة جادة للخروج من مأزق المراوحة في المكان والدوران في فلك الكتابات التي لا تخرج عن متاهة التقليد والمحاكاة والتماهي الفكري.
