دور الوقف في تمويل التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

الملخص
يعتبر البحث العلمي أساسا للتقدم في شتى المجالات العلمية والتنموية، والحاجة ماسة في عصرنا الحاضر مع تقدم البحث العلمي، وتطور تقنياته، وزيادة تكاليف المعيشة، إلى التقدم ومواكبة متغيرات العصر، وتلبية حاجاته المعاصرة من خلال الإفادة من الوقف، وتطوير آلياته، وابتكار صيغ تتناسب مع الاقتصاد المعاصر، وتراعي الأحوال والظروف الاجتماعية، والتوعية والتثقيف لتحفيز الناس على المشاركة في الأوقاف لضمان استمرارها، وقيامها بدورها المنشود. ويعد الوقف الإسلامي من أهم الأنظمة الاقتصادية التي ساهمت في بناء المجتمعات الإسلامية على مر العصور، فقد قامت الأوقاف بدور حيوي على مدار التاريخ في كل المجالات العلمية، كما انتشرت فكرة الوقف الخيري الإسلامي لتضمن استمرارية الإنفاق على العمل الخيري من ريع ما أوقف عليه. Scientific research is considered the basis for progress in various scientific and the need is urgent in our time with the advancement of developmental fields scientific research and the development of technologies and increase the cost of living to progress and keep pace with the changes of the times and meet the contemporary needs through the benefit of the Waqf and the development of mechanisms and the creation of formulas appropriate to the contemporary economy and take into account social conditions and awareness and education to motivate people to participate in endowments to ensure their continuation and fulfill their desired role. The Islamic endowment is considered one of themost important economic systems that contributedto the building of Islamic societies throughout theages. Endowments have played a vital rolethroughout history in all scientific fields. The idea ofan Islamic charity moratorium has also been widelyspread to ensure the continuity of spending oncharity work.
