الاستثمار الأجنبي غير المباشر وأثره في مؤشرات التداول دراسة تطبيقية في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية

الملخص
المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى قياس وتحليل حجم الاستثمار الأجنبي غير المباشر في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية ، وإلى قياس و تحلیل مؤشرات التداول لسوق العراق للأوراق المالية ، فضلا عن قياس وتحليل أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي غير المباشر في مؤشرات التداول السوق العراق للأوراق المالية . أجرى البحث على تحليل البيانات السنوية لمؤشرات التداول الرئيسة لسوق العراق للأوراق المالية ومؤشرات التداول الرئيسة لغير العراقيين للمدة من (2007 _ 2013) . وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة استنتاجات من اهمها ، أظهرت نتائج الاختبار الإحصائي وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين مؤشرات التداول الرئيسة لغير العراقيين ومؤشرات التداول الرئيسة في السوق نستنتج من ذلك أن للاستثمار الأجنبي غير المباشر دورا إيجابيا مهما في حركة تداول الأسهم في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية مما يستدعي تعزيز حجم هذه الاستثمارات مستقبلا. Abstract Thus, the research aimed to measure and analyzes the volume of indirect foreign investment in the Iraqi market for securities, and to measure and analyze the performance indicators of the Iraqi market for securities, as well as measuring and analyzing the impact of indirect foreign investment in the performance indicators of the Iraqi market for securities The research was conducted on an analysis of annual data for the main trading indicators of the Iraqi market for securities, and main trading indicators for non - Iraqis, for the period from (2007 - 2013) Reached the research to a set conclusions of the most important of which showed a statistical test results the existence statistically significant effect between of major trading indicators for nonIraqis in key trading indicators in the market conclude of that the indirect foreign investment an important positive role in the stock trading movement in the Iraq market for securities this requires the strengthening the volume of these investment in the future.
