الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة أحد المواضيع المهمة في مختلف المجالات العلمية الإنسانية منها والاجتماعية المتمثل في التفاعل الاجتماعي داخل البيئة الجامعية باعتباره المحدد الأساسي لدراسة الرأسمال الاجتماعي وتكوين شبكة من العلاقات الاجتماعية، التي تساهم في نشاط أي فرد، من أفراد المجتمع، لاسيما الأستاذ الباحث، ولذلك جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتطرح مشكلة تحسين النشاطات العلمية للأستاذ الباحث انطلاقا من الكشف عن بعض محددات العلاقات الاجتماعية التي يمتلكها داخل البيئة الجامعية. Abstract: This paper is aiming at examining one of the important topics in human & social sciences " the social interaction at university " being the main factor of the social capital in making the social relationship network; which contributes in the activity of any of us within the society, university teachers in particular. This paper Is intended trying to check how to enhance the researcher teachers' scientific activities through identifying some of the factors governing the social relationship within the university environment. Résumé : Cet article a pour but d’étudier l’un des thèmes importants dans les différents domaines scientifiques qu’ils soient humains ou sociales et qui consiste en l’interaction sociale au sein de l’environnement universitaire vu qu’il est le déterminant principal pour l’étude du capital social et la constitution d’un réseau de relations sociales qui contribuent à l’activité de l’individu de la société, notamment l’enseignant chercheur. À cet effet, cette recherche est venue poser la question d’amélioration des activités scientifiques de l’enseignant chercheur en se Basant sur la révélation de certains déterminants des relations sociales qu’il détient au sein de l’environnement universitaire.
