The Quality Of Working Life And Its Role In Improving Job Performance – Case Study Of The Faculty Of Economy, Trade And Management

الملخص

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the impact of quality of working life on job performance in the Faculty of Economic Sciences Commercial and Management at the University of Abde lhamid Mehri. After introducing the concept of quality of working life as an influence factor, within the organization that would support stability and achieve better organizational results, the effects of its dimensions: organizational, functional and social on human resources attitudes and behavior, that may affect their job performance, have been highlighted. To prove the effect of quality of working life on job performance an empirical study was carried out, through the analysis of the opinions of 40 administrative employees. According to the results, there is a relative quality of working life level decrease and the presence of positive correlation between quality of working life dimensions and job performance. The study concluded that improving job performance requires the adoption of quality of working life concept by the Faculty, through paying attention to its dimensions.
