الملخص

Economic development requires deep studies and respects certain rules, in order to exploit rationally the available financial resources. Funding problem is a key issue due to the abundance or scarcity of resources and their quality which determines the sidelines of decision‐making in the economic field.In Algeria, financing economic development is done by the banking system in the absence of capital market Foreign banks are critical in the financing of economic development in Algeria, especially after their increasing number and agencies network development across the country.
