التجمعات الافتراضية في الفضاء الالكتروني الخصائص وعوامل الظهور

الملخص
أدت تكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة وعلى رأسها شبكة الانترنت بكل خدماتها، إلى تغيير جذري في كيفية تشكل النسيج الاجتماعي وبناء العلاقات الاجتماعية، كما تغيرت المعايير التي تقاس على أساسها متانة هذه العلاقات وإمكانية استمرارها، بعد أن أزاحت عراقيل البعد الجغرافي والزمني. ورغم هذا التغير في طبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية وكيفية تشكلها، إلا أنها تبقى امتدادا للروابط الواقعية القائمة، لأنها تخضع تقريبا لنفس المعايير والمكونات. في هذه الورقة نحاول تسليط الضوء على ما ميز هذه التجمعات الافتراضية التي حققت ما عجزت عنه التجمعات الواقعية، في ظل قيود الزمان والمكان والعادات والتقاليد...الخ، حتى أصبحت توصف بأنها 'المدينة التي لا تنام'، وهذا ما سعى الباحثان لاستجلائه من خلال التطرق إلى تحديد ماهية هذه التجمعات والتركيز على الخصائص التي جمعت أفرادها وما ميزها وأعطها ذلك الطابع التفاعلي الافتراضي، على غرار الاتصال البشري الواقعي الذي عهدته البشرية منذ أن خلق الله الأرض ومن عليها. Modern communication technologies, especially the Internet, have led to a radical change in how social fabric and social relationships are shaped. The criteria for measuring the strength and sustainability of such relationships have also been changed after having removed the obstacles of geographical and temporal dimensions. Despite this change in the nature of social relations and how they form, they remain an extension of the existing ties of reality. It is subject to almost the same standards and components. In this paper we try to shed light on what characterizes these virtual groupings that achieved what real groupings could not, under the constraints of time and place, customs and traditions, etc. to such extent that it is now described as ‘the city that never sleeps’, because of the many bonds, interests, activities and ideas that bring their constantly increasing members together. This is what the researchers attempt to explain by addressing the nature of these groupings, focusing on the characteristics that gathered their members, and what gave them that virtual interactive character, like that of the real human contact entrusted to mankind.
