دور الصندوق الوطني للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تنمية قطاع الخدمات دراسة تطبيقية على دولة الكويت

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على أثر دور الصندوق الوطني للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، وأدائه المؤسسي، ومنحه التمويل، وتقديم الدعم الفني والإداري والتسويقي لتنمية قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الخدمية في دولة الكويت. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان على عينة حصر شامل بلغ قوامها ( 156) مفردة من المسؤولين في 78 شركة، وبحد أدنى 2 من مسؤولي المشروعات من كل شركة. وتوصلت إلى: ثبوت علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين دور الصندوق الوطني وتنمية قطاع الخدمات في الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في دولة الكويت عند مستوى معنوية أقل من(0.05) .وقدمت الدراسة عدة اقتراحات وتوصيات تتعلق بكل فرضية من فرضيات الدراسة. الكلمات الدالة: الصندوق الوطني للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة – المشروعات الصغيرة – تنمية قطاع الخدمات – دور الصندوق الوطني المؤسسي. The Role of the National Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Development of the Services Sector: An Empirical Study on the State of Kuwait Abstract The present study aimed to identify the impact of the role of the National Fund for SMEs, its institutional performance, its financing, and the provision of technical, administrative and marketing support for the development of the SME service sector in Kuwait. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire tool was used on a comprehensive inventory sample consisting of (156) individual officials from 78 companies, and a minimum of 2 project officials from each company. The study concluded that the correlation and influence between the role of the National Fund and the development of the service sector in SMEs in the State of Kuwait were established at a significant level of less than 0.05. The study made several suggestions and recommendations related to each of the study hypotheses.
