الملخص
The researcher seek to study the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP), as one of initiatives for the European Union that aimed in their content to deepen the interdependence and reinforcing the collaboration and partnership between the northern and southern Mediterranean countries, where the Maghreb countries found itself obliged to keep up status as a comprehensive multi‐dimensional concept in order to establish the position of these countries, and enhance its invulnerability of the isolation risks and enter into the merger path in order to achieve gains, and hence the adoption of the positive scenario to allows the exploitation of financial and technical support that provided for them as a Moorish partner such as other Mediterranean countries.
