الغموض الدلالي عند الشريف التلمساني

الملخص
الملخص: شغلت ظاهرة الغموض الدّلالي أذهان الأصوليين؛ لما لها من علاقة في استنباط الأحكام الشّرعية، وقد تميّز البحث الأصولي بالدّقة في هذا المجال؛ فأدركوا أنّ الألفاظ متباينة في درجة الغموض الدّلالي فمنها الغامضة الدلالة ومنها المبهمة. وقد سعينا في هذا المقال لكشف الغطاء عن مجال الغموض عند الشّريف التّلمساني، واقفين عند أسبابه، ولقد توصلنا إلى نتائج منها: أنّ الشّريف التّلمساني خالف المتكلمين والحنفية في مجال الغموض متّبعاً في هذا ابن حزم، كما أنّه أرجع الغموض الدّلالي في النّصوص إلى أسباب لغوية بحتة، واصطحب السّياق ليجليه.. Abstract: The phenomenon of semantic ambiguity has occupied the minds of the fundamentalists (scholars of fo fundamental jurisprudence),and because of their relationship in the devlepment of the islamic jurisprudence.The fundamentalist research was characterized by accuracy in this field. they realized that the words are different in ambiguity. We have sought in this article to highlight and uncover the cover of the Sheriff Al- Tlemsani standing at its causes , and we have reached the results of which: Shariff Al-Tlemceni disagreed the speakers and the Hanafia in the ambiguity following in this Ibn Hazm, and he returned the semantic ambiguity in the texts to purely linguistic reasons and accompanied Context to make it clear.
