جرائم الفساد في قانون رقم :06-01 والآليات المعتمدة لمجابهتها في الجزائر

الملخص
تتمحور دراستنا عن جرائم الفساد بصفة عامة من حيث تعريفها، وأسبابها والعوامل المؤدية إلى تفشي ظاهرة الفساد، كما نسعى في ورقتنا البحثية إلى إعطاء نظرة على صور وأشكال الفساد وفق القانون رقم :06-01، ثم نقوم بدراسة أهم الآليات المعتمدة من طرف المشرع الجزائري لتفادي توغل الفساد في المجتمع، وذلك بمسايرة اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد. Our study focuses on corruption crimes in general in terms of their definition, causes and factors whom its lead to the spread of the phenomenon of corruption, as we seek also in our research to take a look at the types of corruption crime on accordance with law No.06-01, and then we study the most important mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislator to avoid the incursion Corruption in the community, at to line the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
