الملخص
لطالما كان الفساد آفة عانت وتعاني منها المجتمعات على اختلافها، فهو يشكل حاليا هاجسا يؤرق المجتمعات واستقرارها لما يسببه من أضرار على جميع المستويات لا سيما الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بما يعصف باستقرار حياة الناس وحقوقهم؛ لذلك سنتطرق إلى المسائل التي تثبت العلاقة الوطيدة بين الفساد وانتهاك حقوق الإنسان في العديد من صورها، ليكون ذلك أساسا لتشديد العقوبات على مقترفي جرائم الفساد Corruption has long been a scourge that all societies suffer from, and It is currently an obsession that troubles societies and their stability, and because the damages that it cause at all levels, especially the social and the economic fields, corruption destroys humans life prosperity, and their rights. Therefore, we will talk about the issues that prove the close relationship between corruption and the violation of human rights in many of its forms, to be this a mainly to tighten sanctions against the perpetrators of corruption crimes.
