التعايش والتسامح في المدرسة الإباضية

الملخص
Without doubt the Almighty God, the Wise Creator, has made people different in their tongues, colors, people, customs, and perceptions. He also made them habitable in his land. His wisdom required them to come to live peacefully on this earth. “O people, we have created you as male and female, and made you peoples and tribes, so that you may know each other, your preferred to Allah is the most pious, Allah is an expert knowledgeable”. Thus, God targeted coexistence and tolerance through creating us different in colors and tongues. This was wisdom in creating all human beings of different classes. By result, it should be first the case of the Muslim nation in the diversity of schools of jurisprudence. This latter should bear this in mind as a top priority, in addition toreferring to sources of valid evidence and fairly analyzing the history of Islamic civilization. As an example we found that tolerance and coexistence has a good background in the religious, political, social, intellectual and economic life of the ibadi school. من المعلوم والمسلّم به أنّ المولى عز وجل وهو الخالق الحكيم قد جعل الناس مختلفين في ألسنتهم وألوانهم وأقوامهم وأعرافهم ومداركهم وتصوراتهم، وأسكنهم فسيح أرضه، واقتضت حكمته أن يتعارفوا بينهم ليتعايشوا بسلام على هذه الأرض، ولذا جاء في الكتاب العزيز قوله عز من قائل: "يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ" (الحجرات:13)، لذا فإن الله عز وجل لم يرد أن يكون اختلافهم في ألوانهم وألسنتهم مدعاة للنزاع والشقاق بل جعله الله دافعا إلى التعايش والتسامح. إذا كانت هذه الحكمة من خلق البشر جميعا، على اختلاف أصنافهم فمن الأولى أن يكون ذلك شأن الأمة المسلمة بتنوع مدارسها الفقهية التي ينبغي عليها أن تضع ذلك في اعتبارها وفي مقدمة أولوياتها وبالرجوع إلى المصادر لاستنطاق الأدلة الصحيحة وتحليل منصف لتاريخ الحضارة الاسلامية، فإننا نجد للتسامح والتعايش خلفية زكية في الحياة الدينية والسياسية والاجتماعية والفكرية والاقتصادية للمدرسة الإباضية.
