نظام إدارة حوادث العمل في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للوسط ببومرداس من سنة 2012 إلى سنة 2016

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على النظام المعمول به في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للوسط –بومرداس- بخصوص حوادث العمل و الأمن و السلامة المهنية للعاملين. حيث أشرنا في بداية الأمر إلى المفاهيم الأساسية الخاصة بالموضوع كتعريف حادث العمل و أسباب حوادث العمل ومختلف المخاطر ناتجة عن ذلك. و بعدها قمنا بتحليل عددا من حوادث العمل في المؤسسة محل الدراسة خلال أربع سنوات من حيث عدة مؤشرات لاختبار الفرضية التي بني عليها هذا البحث، بالاستعانة بمجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية. وعليه قمنا بوضع مجموعة من التوصيات التي تركز في جوهرها على ضرورة الاهتمام بصحة وسلامة العاملين من خلال توفير بيئة عمل مناسبة تتوفر على الشروط اللازمة مع الالتزام بإجراءات الأمن و الصحة للوقاية من حوادث العمل و التقليل من نسب حدوثها. Abstract: The present research aims to identify the system in force in the directorate of electricity and gas distribution in Boumerdes. Concerning occupational accidents, security and occupational safety of employees. Where we initially referred to the basic concepts of the subject under study as the definition of the work accident, the causes of the work accidents and the resulting risks. Then we analyzed some of the work accidents in the institution under study within four years in terms of several indicators to examine the hypothesis on which this research was built using statistic tools. Accordingly, we have developed a set of recommendations that focus on the importance of caring for the health and safety of workers by providing an appropriate working environment that meets the necessary conditions, while adhering to security and health procedures to prevent and reduce the incidence of work accidents. . Résumé : Cette recherche conduit à la connaissance de l'organisation en place au niveau des différentes structures de la direction de la sonelgaz de boumerdes en matière de sensibilisation sur les risques d'accidents et de prévention en milieu professionnel. Nous avons tenté, au début de cette recherche, de cerner les concepts de fond liés au sujet tels que la définition de l'accident de travail, les causes et les risques subséquents. Dans le même ordre, nous avons recensé le nombre d'accidents déclarés par cette entreprise durant ses quatre dernières années d'activités. Notre théorie sur cette recherche est fondée sur un certain nombre d'indicateurs tels les statistiques. Des consignes de sécurité sur la nécessité d'accorder une grande attention sur la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs ont été fermement recommandées. L'objectif étant de réduire le nombre d'accidents et les conséquences qui en découlent. .
