الملخص

الملخص:يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة واقع الصمت التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم الابتدائي ، لولاية قسنطينة لمعرفة آرائهم حول مستوى الصمت التنظيمي ومختلف الأشكال التي يتخذه والمترتبة على سكوت الأستاذ عن المشاكل التي تحدث في العمل ،وهذا بالاعتماد على مقاییس ذات مصداقیة وثبات عالیین ، وبعد تحلیل بيانات الدراسة ظهر سلوك الصمت التنظيمي بنسبة متوسطة وان محدداته كانت منخفضة جدا ،وان هنالك جملة من العوامل المسببة له ، لذا نوصي بضرورة الأخذ بنظر الاعتبار آراء العاملین ومحاولة معرفة المشاكل التي یعانون منها داخل العمل ،محاولة الوصول إلى حلول لها كي لا تتحول مستقبلاً إلى مشكلة صعب التعامل معها . الكلمات المفتاحية: واقع ؛ الصمت التنظيمي؛أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي؛ المؤسسات التربوية Abstract: This research aims to study the reality of organizational silence in the institutions of primary education in the wilaya of Constantine to find out their opinions about the level of organizational silence and the various forms that it takes at work, based on high credibility and consistency measures. Therefore, we recommend the necessity of taking into consideration the opinions of the employees and trying to find out the problems they suffer within the work, trying to reach solutions to them in order not to turn into a difficult problem in the future. Keywords : Reality; organizational silence; teachers of primary education; educational institutions Résumé:Cette recherche vise à étudier la réalité du silence organisationnel dans les institutions d’enseignement primaire de la wilaya de Constantine afin de connaître leur point de vue sur le niveau du silence organisationnel et les différentes formes qu’il revêt au travail, reposant sur des mesures de grande crédibilité et de cohérence. Par conséquent, nous recommandons la nécessité de prendre en considération les opinions des employés et d'essayer de découvrir les problèmes qu'ils rencontrent dans le cadre de leur travail, en essayant de leur trouver des solutions afin de ne pas devenir un problème difficile à l'avenir .
