آداب وأخلاقيات مهنة التدريس بين واقع الممارسة وإلزامية التطبيق Teaching Ethics Between The Reality Of Practice And Mandatory Application

الملخص
الملخص: من الأولويات الاستراتيجية للجامعة الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي، والتي تعتبر من المهام الرئيسة للجامعة التي يتطلع إليها المجتمع المعرفي. فتعد مهنة التدريس رسالة رفيعة الشأن عالية المنزلة تحظى باهتمام الجميع، لما لها من تأثير عظيم في حاضر الأمة ومستقبلها. وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك يتعين على الباحثين في الجامعة السعي لتحقيق أعلى معايير التفوق البحثي مع الالتزام بآداب وأخلاقيات البحث العلمي أثناء مزاولة الأنشطة البحثية، والعلمية بما يتوافق والقيم الأخلاقية العالمية المكرسة في النصوص القانونية ذات الصلة. حيث يتجلى سمو هذه المهنة ورفعتها في مضمونها الأخلاقي الذي يحدد مسارها المسلكي، ونتائجها التعليمية وعائدها على الفرد والمجتمع والإنسانية جمعاء. ولذلك عمدت الوزارة الوصية إلى إنشاء مجلس آداب وأخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية، كُلف بوضع إرشادات أخلاقيات البحث العلمي الواجب على جميع الباحثين في الجامعة الالتزام بها باعتبارها أمر ضروري وواجب، إذ يتحدد مقدار انتماء الأستاذ لمهنته بموجب درجة التزامه بقواعد تلك المهنة ومراعاتها في جميع الأحوال والمواقف. كما تم تنصيب لجان آداب وأخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية على مستوى مختلف المؤسسات الجامعية. Abstract: One of the university's strategic priorities is the interest in scientific research, which is one of the main tasks of the university to which the knowledge society aspires. The teaching profession is considered a highly regarded, high-ranking mission that is of concern to everyone, as it has a great impact on the nation’s present and future. In order to achieve this, researchers at the university must strive to achieve the highest standards of research excellence while adhering to the ethics and ethics of scientific research while conducting research and scientific activities in line with global ethical values enshrined in the relevant legal texts. Where the highness of this profession is evident and elevated in its moral content which determines its behavioral path, its educational results and its return on the individual, society and humanity as a whole. Therefore, the willful ministry has established a council of ethics and ethics for the university profession, charged with setting guidelines for ethics of scientific research that all researchers at the university must adhere to as a necessary and duty, as the amount of professor affiliation to his profession is determined by the degree of his commitment to the rules of that profession and taking into account in all cases and situations. The university profession ethics and ethics committees were also established at the level of various university institutions.
