الملخص

هدف البحث إلى بيان صورة المعلم في كتب التراجم؛ وفي كتاب تهذيب الكمال تحديداً، وتوصلت الباحثتان إلى بيان منزلة العلم والعلماء عند المربين الأوائل، وتبيّن من خلال البحث أن للمعلم صفات علمية وخلقية يجب أن يتحلى بها للنهوض بالعملية التعليمية التعلمية. وقد استند هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، حيث قامت الباحثتان باستقراء الشواهد التي تبيّن صورة المعلم في كتاب تهذيب الكمال، مع تحليل تلك الشواهد واستخلاص النتائج المترتبة منها، والوصول إلى تصور إسلامي للصورة المشرقة التي كان عليها المعلم سابقا من التحلي بالصفات والمبادئ والأساليب التربويةَ؛ التي أسهمت في إخراج ذلك الجيل الفريد. وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود صورة رائعة للمعلم في كتب التراجم الإسلامية، بصفاته، ومبادئه، وأساليبه، وحقوقه، وواجباته، بالرغم من قلة الإمكانيات المتاحة آنذاك. وانتهى البحث إلى توجيه الباحثين إلى تناول كتب التراجم الإسلامية لدراستها دراسة تربوية تجديدية وتحليلها للكشف عن الكنوز الكامنة فيها، لبناء شخصية المعلم الإسلامية السويّة. الكلمات المفتاحية: صورة؛ المعلم؛ التراجم؛ تهذيب؛ الكمال. research aimes at explaining how a teacher is portrayed in Islamic biographies, mainly, in Tahtheeb Al Kamal book. The researcers find out that the science and scientests were given a noble status by the early educators. The research also shows that the teacher should have certain ethecal and scientific characteristics in order to develop the learning and teaching process. The inductive and analatical method has been adopted by the researchers to look for the pieces of evidence which can enable them to point out the teacher image in Tahtheeb Al Kamal. Analyzing these pieces of evidence makes clear the teacher brilliant image of having the Islamic educational principles and proceedures which participated in developing that unique generation. Moreover, the findings indicate the wonderful image for the teacher in the Islamic biographies, mainly his virtues, principles, proceedures and his persistence to perform his duties inspite of the shortage in the available tools. The study, in fact, concludes that the researchers should be directed to address these Islamic boigraphies through educational and enovative methods to discover the hidden educational treasures so that a straightforward Islamic character of the teacher could be built.
