دور مؤسسات التعليم العالي العربية في تنمية مفهوم المواطنة لدى طلابها لمواجهة تحديات العولمة الثقافية: دراسة تحليلية

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر قضية المواطنة من القضايا المهمة التي تركز عليها الدولة الحديثة، لاسيما في ظل العولمة الثقافية التي تفرض كثيرا من التحديات في وجه المحافظة على مفهوم المواطنة وتنميته لدى فئة الشباب في المجتمعات المعاصرة، ومنها بالطبع المجتمعات العربية. وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تأكيد وتبرير حاجة المجتمعات العربية المعاصرة إلى تنمية مفهوم المواطنة لدى الشباب العربي، وهدفت أيضا إلى تحليل الدور الذي يمكن أن تقوم به مؤسسات التعليم العالي العربية في مجال تنمية مفهوم المواطنة لدى طلابها لمواجهة تحديات العولمة الثقافية. استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة عن تساؤلاتها، من خلال تتبع الإطار النظري المتعلق بالمواطنة والعولمة الثقافية ودور مؤسسات التعليم العالي في تنمية المواطنة لدى طلابها، وتحليله في ضوء نتائج الدراسات ذات العلاقة المباشرة، وواقع المجتمعات العربية المعاصرة حول هذا الشأن. وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي تؤكد ضرورة قيام مؤسسات التعليم العالي العربية بدورها المنوط بها في مجال تنمية مفهوم المواطنة لدى طلابها، وإكسابهم قيم المواطنة الحضارية. كما اقترحت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تفعّل هذا الدور لدعم جهود الدول العربية في سبيل تنمية المواطنة لدى شبابها بما يكفل لهم التعامل بإيجابية ونقد بناء مع تحديات العولمة الثقافية. Abstract: The issue of citizenship is one of the important issues that fousses in the modern state, especially in light of cultural globalization, which imposes a lot of challenges in the face of maintaining the concept of citizenship and development of young people in contemporary societies, including - of course - the Arab societies. The aim of the present study was to confirm and justify the need of contemporary Arab societies to the development of the concept of citizenship among Arab youth, and also aimed to analyze the role that can be played by higher education institutions in the development of the Arab concept of citizenship among its students to face the challenges of cultural globalization. This study used the descriptive analytical method to answer its questions, by tracking the theoretical framework on citizenship and cultural globalization and the role of higher education institutions in the development of citizenship among its students. All that was analyzed in the light of the results of related studies, and the reality of contemporary Arab societies on this matter. This research reached a set of conclusions emphasize the need for the role of arabic higher education institutions in developing the concept of among its students, and equip them with the values of civilization citizenship. The study also suggested a number of recommendations that can support the efforts of the Arab countries to develop citizenship among young people, so as to ensure them to deal positively using a constructive criticism, with the challenges of cultural globalization.
