الوضوح والغموض في الخطاب من منظور أصولي

الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث إلى إبراز منهج علماء أصول الفقه العرب في التعاطي مع الخطاب انطلاقا من ثنائية "الوضوح والغموض"، هذه الثنائية التي جاءت لتدعم المنوال التفسيري والتأويلي في التراث العربي، وتكشف النقاب عن حقيقة ما يعتري الخطاب والنص من ألوان المعاني وتعددها بسبب التحاف الألفاظ داخل النصوص بخصائص اللسان . Abstract This research seeks to highlight the approach of the scholars of the Arab jurisprudence in dealing with the discourse from the duality of "clarity and ambiguity". This duality, which came to support the explanatory and interpretive vein in the Arab heritage, and unveil the truth of what applies to the discourse and text of the colors and multiplicity of meanings due to the fact that the words within the text correspond to the linguistic characteristics.
