الملخص

ملخص بلورت حركة مجتمع السلم (حمس) إستراتيجية للعمل السياسي سمتها المشاركة الإيجابية، واعتبرتها خيارها الاستراتيجي المبني على الوسطية في النهج الإيديولوجي والسياسي، فهي ليست مع المعارضة -المغالبة- وفي المقابل تتحفظ على بعض أفعال السلطة، وتزكي في الكثير من الأحيان مساراتها وممارساتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والأمنية، في إطار إصلاح النظام السياسي من الداخل، وهي ترى في المشاركة إعادة الاعتبار لتيار إسلامي، أثبتت الانتخابات في الجزائر فعليا أنه يمتلك وعاءا انتخابيا معتبرا، ومن ثم من حقه المساهمة في تسيير شؤون الدولة، فالحركة كانت حاضرة في كل المواعيد الانتخابية التي نظمتها السلطة منذ تشريعات سنة 1991 الملغاة، كما أنها زكت من خلال مشاركتها في كل مسارات السلطة، وقبلت تولي مناصب وزارية وحكومية في هيئات انتقالية وصفت بأنها غير دستورية آنذاك. Abstract "Harakat mujtamaa assilm" or the movement for the society of peace (MSP) has focused, according to its political and ideological line on the strategy of participation, excluding completely political opposition. It is not with the opposition. It has however some reservation on governmental acts, and encourages some of its processes along with its economic, social and security practices in the context of reforming political system from inside. It considers its participation as a rehabilitation of the Islamic trend. Elections in Algeria have proved that the movement possesses a considerable electoral recipient, thus having right to contribute to the state affairs management. The movement has been present in all the elections organized by the state since 1991 elections which were canceled. With its participation in the course of power, it has held ministerial and governmental offices in the so-called transitional organs qualified at that time as non- constitutional.
