الملخص
تناولت الدراسة تحديد واقع ومتطلبات تطبيق التمويل الإسلامي في الجزائر، من خلال عرض بعض التجارب العربية والإسلامية على غرار السودان وماليزيا. وجاءت هذه الدراسة إثر الاهتمام الكبير الذي حظي به موضوع التمويل الإسلامي ودوره في تمويل المؤسسات وتوفير الموارد المالية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة تدل على أن التمويل الإسلامي أداة مهمة في البنوك الجزائرية، فهو نظام شامل يحتوي على العديد من الصيغ المتنوعة والمتكاملة والتي تتيح مجالا واسعا للمفاضلة والاختيار أمام المؤسسات من جهة، وتضمن توفير الموارد المالية وفقا لما يتماشى مع مختلف احتياجاتها التمويلية سواء عند تأسيسها أو في حالة توسعها من جهة أخرى، ومن ثم المساهمة في استمراريتها وتنميتها وتحقيق أهدافها المنشودة. The study took happening specification and requirements application of the Islamic financing in Algeria, through offer of some attempts Arabic and Islamic alike Sudan and Malaysian. This study came in the wake of the great attention given to the subject of Islamic finance and its role in financing institutions and providing financial resources. The study to results continued important indicates provided that the Islamic financing important instrument in the Algerian banks, so he complete regime corrodes me on many from the forms assorted and integral and which wide domains for the comparison and the choice in front of the organizations are easy as to, and inclusion saving of the financial resources reconciled for what be in agreement with different her financing needs whether stubborn her establishment or in her case of ninth on the other side, and from then her the contribution in continuation and her development and her coveted investigation of goals.
