الملخص
يرتبط نجاح أي منظمة في تحقيق أهدافها بمجموعة من العوامل تقف على رأسها كفاءة وقدرة الكادر البشري، وهو ما يتجلى من خلال المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية " الإنتربول "، والتي خصت هذه الفئة بمنظومة متكاملة من المبادئ القانونية تتولى تنظيم العلاقة الوظيفية في مابينهم وأيضا لتسوية منازعات التأديب التي قد تثور بين المنظمة و هؤلاء الموظفين بمناسبة القيام بالمهام المناطة لهم. وهنا فقد سعت النصوص ذات الصلة بالموضوع لتحديد النظام التأديبي للموظفين العاملين ضمنها، كفالة لعدم هدر حقوقهم بداية من تبيان الإجراءات التأديبية للسلوك غير المرضي أو سوء التصرف، وعملية التقصي الأولي والإجراءات المؤقتة و الإجراء التأديبية الواجب إتباعها قصد تسليط أي عقوبة، وصولا الى الإجراءات الداخلية والخارجية عن طريق المحكمة الإدارية لمنظمة العمل الدولية لتسوية المنازعات التأديبية. The success of any organization in achieving its objectives in a range of factors, which stands of its head the efficiency and capacity of the human staff. This is reflected through the International Criminal Police Organization ''Interpol''. This class summarized by an integrated system of legal principales that regulate them. Olso, to disciplinary disputes that may arise between the Organization and those employees on the occasion of doing tasks assigned to them. Here, the relevant text has sought to determine the disciplinary system. For employees, ensuring their rights starting from waste not indicate unsatisfactory conduct disciplinary or bad behaviour. This first inquiry process and the intrim procedures and disciplinary procedures to be followed purposes shed any penalty, down to internal and International and escternal actions by the International Labour Organization, ''ILO'' Administrative tribunal for the settlement of the disputes.
